VANCOUVER, Canada Jan 27, 2004 - Caelo Software Inc., an email productivity software company, today announced the BETA release of NEO 3.0 and NEO Pro 3.0 for free trial download.
NEO Pro helps users break free of Microsoft Outlook's 'folder straight-jacket'. With NEO Pro's new Unified Message Store capability, Outlook users can now finally see all their messages together in a seamless view regardless of where they are stored - Exchange Mailbox, one, two or twenty archive or personal folder files.
This third generation of NEO builds on NEO's ability to automatically organize email, once again widening the productivity gap between email organizers and email clients.
In addition to Unified Message Store capability, Caelo has introduced three other organizing innovations in this release: auto-classification of folders between New, Current and Dormant top-level areas (auto-moves old correspondents to Dormant after x days of inactivity), global filtering (e.g. 'show me my active correspondent messages addressed exclusively to me for the past 5 days'), and manageable Outlook categories (see categories at a glance - easily edit, split and merge your categories - finally Outlook categories with referential integrity!).

"Were very much looking forward to our customers' reaction to this beta release - and are delighted to be able to share it with them. While there are many new features, including a fresh paintjob and Outlook 2003-like Reading Pane, I'm especially pleased that we were able to extend our NEO technologies in this release. The result is a much more nimble, capable and productive NEO."
Tom Gibson VP Product Development.
The beta trial program is free. Click http://www.emailorganizer.com/products/download.php to download the beta. Then simply install it and use it. For general NEO info, click http://www.emailorganizer.com
NEO users recognize that while Microsoft Outlook is a great communications and collaboration tool, it simply doesn't give them the organizational power they need. In short, Microsoft Outlook is an email client, not an email organizer. Think of email organizers as 2nd generation email clients, going beyond yesterday's simple Inbox/Outbox/Sent Items model. PC World's Steve Bass recently wrote "I think of NEO as an Outlook-as-it-should-have-been e-mail interface."
NEO is an add-in product that enhances Outlook. It helps Outlook users clear the email bottleneck by effectively turning Outlook into an email organizer - without affecting all that Outlook already does. NEO empowers Outlook in many ways, particularly in its ability to find messages quickly: web-style searching feature that's up to 100 times faster than Outlook, and automatically displaying messages in different ways.
